The word “Burnout” can be used interchangeably in different contexts. Some individuals call it nervous breakdown, emotional exhaustion, and in several extreme cases — depression. Collectively, we are referring to a state of physical or emotional exhaustion that could involve a sense of reduced accomplishments and loss of personal identity.

Similarly, the human body functions just like a vehicle — what seems to be neglected could have a ripple effect, and most likely cost much more damage on the long-run. One question I get asked a lot of times — “How are you conquering being a full-time employee, a full-time masters student, and navigating life in the midst of a pandemic simultaneously?” Here are 5 major tips on how to get this life turmoil (being burnt out) under control.
